ONE-ON-ONE

One-on-one sessions are a dynamic mixture of trauma-trained coaching, therapeutic support, and Somatic Experiencing (a method that uses the body to help you move through blocks and release or process stuck survival energy). If it feels relevant, I might also draw from spiritual practices like classical tantra. Sessions last 60 minutes, and are done online via video chat.

  • My session with Jillian was empowering, cleansing, and healing. It’s hard to describe in words exactly what happened, but I will try. I booked a session because my body was showing me signs of being stressed out, tense, and generally out of balance. Jill created a safe space for me to allow my body to do what it needed to do to release and heal. Even though it was my body doing the work, and my own inner wisdom guiding me, I wouldn’t have gotten there without Jill. The safe container that she held was vital to me dropping my armour and allowing myself to give my body what it was asking for. WHAT IS

MY BACKGROUND

I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with a specialization in the classical Tantric lineage. I am a women’s group facilitator, a retreat host, and an avid daily meditator. I have been working one-on-one in a private client practice for four years, since my certification in Somatic Experiencing (a body-oriented therapeutic approach for healing trauma). I use a combination of all the tools I have learned through teaching, facilitating, coaching, and my own learned life experiences and devoted personal practices.
